William J. Mosley, JD, MBA, Certified Public Accountant
William Mosley has more than 30 years of public accounting experience, including considerable experience in taxation, financial reporting, auditing, and litigation support and business advisory issues across a wide range of closely held and non-profit business. William earned his bachelor degree in business from Wilberforce University (OH), Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University, and Law Degree from Northwestern University. In his early career, Bill worked for Coopers & Lybrand (Detroit Office) for three years. Thereafter, he formulated J. Walter Michael & Associates (named after his three sons).
His firm, J. Walter Michael & Associates, Inc. specializes in tax preparation of Individual and Corporate Tax Returns, Faith Based Ministries 990 Tax Returns, Clergy Returns, Healthcare Fiscal, E-Commerce and Debit Card Administration. He works year around answering tax questions, letters, seminar presentations, and making appearances before the Internal Revenue Service on behalf of the client. William has written the acclaim “Tax Bible”. This is the only guide that offers special insight into the urban ministry and last minute tax law changes.
William also has helped many organizations file and receive approval for their 501(c) (3) status. Bill is a Christian, and pastor of the Unity Church of Urban Ministerial, Detroit, Michigan. Rev. Bill, over the years has presented Tax Seminars at the National Baptist Convention, Church of God In Christ, Unity Urban Ministries, United Methodist Ministries, and other non-denominational groups. 
William is the founder, 1993, of the Parent-Child Computer Learning Foundation, a not for profit who aims are to assist students in entering into college. Over the years the foundation have assisted and mentor 100+ students, to ensure that all students in its program are academically, personally and culturally prepared to compete and transition successfully to college. Students have been accepted and completed colleges such as Harvard Law, Wayne State University, Wilberforce University, Morehouse University, to name a few.
William’s latest endeavor is to create and develop e-commerce debit cards for use by clients in tax preparation, healthcare and the service industry to attract more clients, reduce recordkeeping, and develop additional lines of revenue for the business. Through this endeavor a reloadable, pre-paid debit product has been designed to enable customers of the client, and client Program participants, to purchase reloadable debit cards that are linked to customer & client accounts, ATM which allows the customers to participate in the 21st Century E-Commerce transactions.
